I always feel hot and sweaty. My temperature is between 35.5 and 36.5. It’s so debilitating, does anyone have any suggestions?

I felt as you did one time. However I did start to supplement with vitamins & minerals 7 months ago. I had lots of terrible hypo symptoms & if I think about it I would say, since taking them lots of symptoms have improved.

Have you any Blood test results you can post with their ranges?

Are you currently on any thyroid meds and/or supplementing with vits & mins.

I've still got more work to do with improving my condition but I was really surprised how vit & min deficiencies alone can wreak havoc with your body.

Hypothyroid since 2006 and regularly have basal temperatures 35.5-36C, but diagnosed with fibromyalgia last May and had periods a year or so before and last autumn when sweating from head/face were very embarrassing. Fingers crossed gone now to the same degree, perhaps as Paula 101 suggests as been topping up minerals and vitamins to maximise thyroxine performance. Although raising T4 body temperature never gone up!
