I very much doubt if acupuncture would reduce your nodules, no. Are they very large? Nodules aren't usually a problem, most people have some.

50mcg of Levothyroxine is a low dose. What's your most recent TSH, FT4 and FT3 results

See from other posts you have tinnitus. This is often linked to low B12, which is also very common when hypothyroid

If not had B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D tested, ask GP to do so.

Appreciate a lot your feed back I just do ultra sound scan who showed polynodulaire thyroid the larger measure 13.3 mm next week I will. Do thyroid test Tanks again SlowDradon

Get thyroid antibodies tested too. Sounds like Hashimoto’s
