forgot to post last week but seen a 3lb gain was ok with that as it happens and i have had a lot of carbs
monday nights i lost 3lb so was over the moon, cut the carbs and stock piled on holland and barretts slim noodles as they are everything free lol, they are like eating rubber but i did a batch in the slow cooker with leftover chicken and bacon with a SW mushroom sauce and it was lovely, also ate a tone of cauliflower rice instead of basmati rice
not sure what will happen next week as clever me decided to freeze a pack of cauli rice as the date was going on it, got it out yesterday to have for my tea and it looked weird, i opened it and OMG the stink so landed up with potatoes
3 1/2lb to go for my 3 1/2 stone award
