Whilst I am waiting ( impatiently) with a foggy brain, no energy, puffed up face, and in pain, for my meds to be increased in stages, is there anything I can do to feel the best I can? It's some frustrating not being able to function.

Lots of advice on your thread a day ago - have you upped your dose ? That would seem a logical thing to do although I also see you have an appointment on Monday with your GP.
I would print off the info on your previous post to support you at your GP visit.
Meanwhile rest and be gentle with yourself. Hope you soon feel better ....
