Has anyone been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s , hyperthyroid and graves? And how are you handling it?

It's not uncommon to have Hashimoto's and Graves in tandem. Are you being treated with Carbimazole for hyperthyroidism?

Yes for nearly 4 years now but once i stop it comes back with different symptoms.

Having Graves makes it less likely that remission will last. There's no reason why you shouldn't remain on Carbimazole for years. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/286...
