Is that your resting heart beat from I.e. fitbit or taken ad hoc with blood pressure machine or fingers?

If you do.light activity heart beat is usually around 100 so you may have panicked unnecessary.

Just as an example: my resting heart beats are around 80, light activity around 120, watching tv 95-100, walking upstairs 140 - this is from continuous measurement by fitbit.

Have a look at this chart

Hi Amy, I am a novice so can only speak from my own personal experience while on Synthroid. Could you be advancing your dose a little too fast for your body? Everyones response to medicines can be so individual & different. Is it possible to go up in dose in 15 mcg increments instead? If 25 mcg has a half mark or "score," a pill cutter can divide it. Of course it is best to touch bases with your healthcare provider beforehand & ask for their input on the difficulties you are experiencing.

If you feel feverish have you checked your temperature? If you are indeed febrile this could explain your faster heart rate (as your metabolism will be working harder).

Have you had experience with panic attacks before? I've read on this site that responses to posts can be slower over the weekends. Hang in there Amy the more experienced community should be back in force Monday to help. Repost if you don't hear from them. Take Care.

Addition: The experienced posters here will ask to see your thyroid labs & their normal values. If you haven't posted them before please include whatever you may have: TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 & thyroid antibodies. These levels are also very helpful: B12, Vit. D, iron, ferritin & folate. You may have to ask your doctor's practice for a copy of your labs should you not have any of this information. Many people have had to do this. These labs may shed a lot of light on why you are feeling so poorly now. The veterans here will help explain to you what they indicate.

I was wondering if you held each dose for 6 weeks before being retested otherwise you can easily get over medicated. But drop back to a level you felt comfortable with, hold for 6 weeks and retest then post those results with the ranges for comments.

You really need to. E on a static dose for 6 weeks before testing as you have been changing your doses recently. It won't be accurate taking it in 3 days.
