Any recipe suggestions for lunch that can be taken out and eaten cold. Or things I can snack on. Struggling. Thanks

Are you eating eggs at all? You can make wraps with an egg.

You can mix tuna and avocado and roll up in large lettuce leaves, or have a tuna salad. Slice sweet potato thickly and stick in the toaster, then use the slices as bread for a sandwich.

If you have Pinterest, they're useful, and you'll find a lot of recipes if you look up "whole 30 lunch ideas"
