A TSH of 2.28 is a bit high for someone on treatment. A norwegian study showed that about 95% of healthy people have a TSH between 0.5 and 1.5, so it is normally advised that Levothyroxine dose is increased until your TSH falls within that range. But how do you feel?
Your symptoms indicated low medication. You need to increase by 25 mcg then get retested. Then post those resultsand rahnges as they differ from lab to lab then we can say whether you are still low or not.
TSH is in the normal range but too high to be healthy - for most people. Most people need free T4 and free T3 in top quarter of their ranges and TSH wherever it ends up to make that happen, which is usually between 0.2 and 1. Impossible to tell whether ferritin is "normal" without the range. It probably is, but might be too high esp if you are female.
