75 to 50 MCG !

Am on 75 MCG for few weeks.. am feeling like slightly over dosed.due to the symptoms i see..like.since my heart rate increased to 120+ yesterday night and for 10 hours it's in the range of 120-140 , now too it's 96+ 😞 and yesterday went to cardiologist and came home,he said am ok.. dont.. know whether my heart rate increased due to sudden coffee intake( didn't take it for 3 months,last one week was talking it ) or 75 MCG ,shal I shift to 50 MCG again ? And how to reduce my resting heart rate !

Why not cut out the coffee or switch to decaffeinated coffee and see whether heart rate subsides? If that doesn't help and symptoms persist after a few days then try 50mcg/75mcg alternate days.

Ok mam now itself from yesterday stopped coffee... Again.. then today I started 50 , can I continue it or should I switch to 75 ,50,75 like that mam ?

I'd try 75mcg tomorrow and 50mcg day after etc.

A couple of weeks until heart rate has calmed down and then you can increase dose to 75mcg as prescribed.

Is there nt any natural way to follow strict diet and slowly reduce eltroxin and stop takin it 😞

No.

If you can't take Eltroxin you will need an alternative thyroid replacement like NDT or Liothyronine (T3).
