Reduced T3 a week ago

Reduced my T3 a week ago since I was feeling very irritated and overmedicated.

Now I feel a lot better but still overmedicated, is this normal and will take longer or shall I reduce once more? Still have palps and restlessness.

It's normal for it to take longer than a week for a reduced dose to resolve feelings of overmedication. Why not just skip T4 and T3 for a couple of days to wash out the 'overmedication' then resume the same doses.

Thanks, I think I just needed to have someone confirm that it's normal. It's all too much with not feeling well, going Gluten Free and being invited to friends for dinner. What do you do..

If you can't trust your friends not to use ingredients with gluten you might be better off taking your own food.
