Yawning..

Does anyone have time son their day where you simply can't stop yawning??? I've been resting the last few days but today and yesterday I just can't stop yawning. Tired yes; but it's not awful fatigue like it has been. Is it a hypo symptom? Or can anyone else relate to this? Sorry if stupid question. Currently 2 days in on taking new dose of 50mcg levothyroxine.

Yes, I've had issues with this for years. In my case I've decided that the problem is mostly caused by having high levels of blood sugar. For example, I can drop off in a chair shortly after lunch, and sometimes even after breakfast. If I avoid sugar and lots of carbs though, the problem is much more manageable.

Thank you. Not sure mine is necessarily blood sugar though as I'm on a high protein diet and eating regularly to help balance blood sugar... Still very strange

Could be cortisol related? That was my other thought about my own problem.
