Hi Ramos, welcome to the group. It would help people to know what to say to you if you could post your latest blood test results along with their lab ranges. Without that information it’s hard to advise you.
Do you mean hyperthyroid (overactive thyroid) or hypothyroid (underactive thyroid)? If you have an overactive thyroid you should see a doctor urgently. Either way you need a blood test to find out what medication you need. Can you not make yourself eat small amounts and often?
