A gentle walk twice a day to mix all the hormones up.

Make sure your vitamin levels are optimal. I see your vitamin D was very low. Supplementing and improving this will help. How much are you taking?

Important to balance vitamin D with magnesium and also magnesium is surprisingly relaxing. Calm vitality magnesium powder is cheap and easy to use (take four hours away from Levo) ideally in evening ( or in afternoon if take Levo at bedtime).

Unexpectedly I found cutting out gluten reduced anxiety. Lots of info on web saying others have found same

Probiotics can be good too

Only make one change at a time.

Vitamin d 6000iu for 8 weeks then retest

Magnesium 300mg

I do feel better, but anxiety still creeps up, it's a work in progress I suppose, patience is a virtue!!!
