Pain in my upper left arm

Two weeks ago i fell full force on my left arm on a wooden floor. I have a huge bruise on my elbow and limited movement. I still cant lift it above my shoulder without using my other hand for support. I cant lie on my left side and my arm aches constantly like toothache. Will it ever get better?

I think you should have had an x-ray - just in case you have a damaged bone.

Is there a Walk - In medical centre where you live or a Minor Injuries unit attached to a local hospital?
