Ordinary intake of biotin is not an issue - like we might have in our diet. It is higher doses that affect some blood tests. (Note: not all tests are affected.) What we get in specific vitamin B supplements. Most especially the very high doses of biotin used by some multiple sclerosis sufferers.
My guess (and it is no better than that), is that shampoo and conditioner is unlikely to have any significant effect, actually, I doubt if it would have any measurable effect.
