I had an overactive thyroid 4 years ago which was stable after a couple of years on Carbimazole. I've recently moved & the nurse at my new surgery did the obligatory new patient MOT. She has asked me to call my GP re the Thyroid results : TSH 0.05 & FreeT4 29. Can someone tell me what this means as she didn't really know & I have forgotton. I used to be so up on this too!

You are hyperthyroid again. TSH 0.05 is suppressed and FT4 29 is usually over range. Not too bad, but you will probably need a low dose of Carbimazole.
