I expect we've all noticed the new format today. If you don't like it can you please contact Support at Health Unlocked and let them know what you think. I don't like it and have found problems on my tablet which aren't necessarily on my main PC (buttons too close together so replies can be cancelled instead of posted, etc). If you give them your feedback and suggestions they do listen and take them on board. If we want anything changed we have to let them know.
To contact support scroll down to the bottom of the page, see the heading SUPPORT, click on Help Centre then Contact Support on the right hand side (that's the layout on my PC).

I thought it was funny that one popped up on my phone a few weeks ago, for Uber & a pharmacy delivery, when I was on the bus home with my drugs. How did they know?
I've not seen any adverts, but then again, I use an adblocker... I quite like this new layout, especially when replies no longer end up being squished further and further to the right so in the end you're reading one word sentences...
But what if that person has two or more replies in the tree structure of replies.
You've now got 2 messages in this thread. I'm replying to the second one. But i don't think you'll be able to tell that from the way it's presented. I may be wrong.
Unfortunately in my phone the two replies show up identically My reply to the first comment, higher up the tree of comments, shows up lower down the page. This is because i wrote it second.
So we completely lose the overall tree structure. It's completely impossible for someone to turn up after, say, 20 replies have happened in a back and forth, with say 5 repeated participants, and make any sense of the discussion.
As far as I'm concerned this is not fit for purpose!
