Have you ever had the following nutrients levels tested :

Vitamin D, Calcium, B12, Folate and Ferritin?

If not then I would ask GP for these blood tests first.

Do you have Hashimoto's Autoimmune Thyroiditis? Were your Thyroid Antibodies tested?

Can you post your recent thyroid results and ranges? If your thyroid level is low your GP should prescribe Levothyroxine.

Hi Bruni, there are different ways to attack the problem of low thyroid if that is what you feel you have. This man has short videos pointing out 20 different reasons why your thyroid may not be producing.
