Charlie_b,
TSH and FT4 are good. TSH is low-normal and FT4 is in the upper range. Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's). No indications of thyroid dysfunction.
Bilibubin is mildly elevated but as the other liver profile evaluations are normal it is unlikely to be significant. google.co.uk/search?q=Bilib...
VitD is replete >75 and is optimal 100 - 150. You could give your daughter 5,000iu D3 daily x 4 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu alternate days until April when she should be able to get natural sunlight to convert the vitD she needs.
Your daughter's other results are all within range (normal).
They look fine, but Vit D could be better. Worth testing ferritin and B12, as high folate and low B12 (or improper absorption which could show as high) can mean megaloblastic anaemia and often goes along with high bilirubin
