Hi all, I've ordered a cortisol saliva test kit. Does anyone know if its better to delay taking my levo until after taking the 1st saliva sample an hour after waking? will the levo cause inaccurate results? i'd appreciate your advice. thanks

I don't know the answer but as you are taking about a waking sample being taken I would take thyroid meds straight after.

i was concerned it would bring the cortisol down

Well it would be unrealistic not to take your meds plus that would also change things so stick to a normal day.
