Around mid October I reduced my dose from 200-175 due to awful palps etc that’s helped massively but since then my period hasn’t come and it’s 7 days late. Which never happens. Has this happened to anyone else?

Altering doses can affect our monthly cycle. May be stick with your new dose for 6 weeks and then do bloods. By that time things may have settled more as well.
