Since self medicating with NDT I feel 100 percent better. Thank god. Anyways what would be the most important supplement/Vitamins to take for people with hypothyroidism?

You could ask your doctor for blood tests to check your nutrients levels of
Vitamin D
B12
Folate and
Ferritin
in case you have absorption issues causing any deficiencies.
Look up symptoms of deficiencies of each one on NHS choices and other sites.
The most important supplement is the one you need. Therefore you need to get tested for vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin, and supplement according to the results, not forgetting the cofactors.
However, there are some things you can supplement without testing, that might help. Vit C, for example. Selenium, which helps with conversion. It's safe to take up to 200 mcg, with the occasional break from time to time. And magnesium. No point in testing for magnesium, because it will always be in-range. But that won't mean that you aren't deficient. Most people are.
One important rule : do not start taking more than one supplement at a time. Leave a couple of weeks in between starting each one, so that you will notice if there are any ill effects. You just never know!
