Folic Acid

Hi, does anybody know how much Folic Acid to take and what is a good brand? Thank you!

Why do you want to take folic acid? Have your B12 and Folate been tested? Folic acid isn't the best thing to take if you are deficient, methylfolate is better, but you do need those two tests done before starting it.

My GP recommended it because I have dry tongue syndrome, but the more I read and hear about it, the less I'm convinced to take it! Thanks for your answer.
