Why would my levels go up and down please

Very likely you have positive thyroid antibodies confirming autoimmune thyroiditis aka Hashimoto's.

Have you had thyroid antibodies tested - Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroglobulin?

Some of your symptoms are indicative of low nutrient levels. Have you had Vit D, B12, folate and ferritin tested?

Been told I have Graves disease thank you

TPO antibodies 904.5 (<34)

TG antibodies 375.3 (<115)

These very high antibodies usually mean you have Hashimoto's which is hypothyroidism (low underactive Thyroid) the complete reverse of Graves (high overactive thyroid )

So it's VERY important to get the correct diagnosis and treatment

Can you post your TSH, FT4 and FT3 results, plus vitamins if you have them
