Sheehan's Syndrome ------- Professor Sheehan was working at the Glasgow Womens Hospital (unable to find the year in google now but around 1920?). He wanted to discover what was causing women to die during or following childbirth. He did autopsies on them and discovered that it was the pituitary that was haemorrhaging. Hence Sheehan’s Syndrome.
It looks to me like these women are dying of this Syndrome.
I researched this many years ago as my Hashimoto's started immediately after my son was born and a vet suggested to me it might be Sheehan's Syndrome.
