Doctor prescribing bioidentical hormones?

Can anyone recommend a doctor who can prescribe bioidentical hormones for a friend of mine who is not doing well on conventional HRT please. London based would be good (or somewhere nearby) and she is lucky enough to have insurance, so private is fine. Thanks.

There are loads in London and the South East, just do a web search. Don't know of any further North - I have to travel to London -= 4 hrs each way
