Hi, I note you joined in Jan this year but you haven't given us any thyroid health information.
Have you been diagnosed as hypothyroid?
We have two recommended labs which do home tests (pin prick ones) and you have to be well hydrated a couple of days before.
We would recommended a Full Thyroid Function Test which includes. T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and thyroid antibodies.
They should be taken at the very earliest a.m. fasting (you can drink water) and if you were taking thyroid hormones you'd allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test.

Blue Horizon and Medichecks are good and Medichecks have a special offer on Thursdays but may not always be for the ones you need.
Your doctor should test B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate.
I take my synthesis at night so it may change things a little. I was diagnosed 3 years ago or so. I take 50 mcg. My temperature is often 95-96 in the morning. It’s perfect by the time I have an appointment. Have terrible time sleeping. Tried taking 12.5 more mcg. My temperature went up, and I can finally sleep for the first time in forever. I’m in Florida now and it will be six months before I see my regular physician again. But I had ask him before I left if he could increase the dose a little bit and he did not seem interested. In reading some sites it appeared that I am at the minimal does rather than the max dose that I could take based on the scale . I have to figure out again what those numbers are because I went on some of your sites well down the numbers and figured out which end of the scale I was in it looks like I Could be taking more and still be within the recommended doses

Are you in the UK? We don't normally see T3 uptake test done here. And what's T7?
In the UK, Blue Horizon and Medichecks are accredited labs and highly recommend.
Generally, you want TSH, free T3, Free T4 and TPO and TG antibodies, plus ferritin, folate, B12 and D3. Those are the most useful tests. If yoau re overactive, you want TSI antibodies for Graves tested.
I found a packet of tests at healthlabs.com/thyroid-heal... I was not sure myself
