I’m new here as I’m currently being investigated for underactivity. I’ve done a lot of research as I’m preparing for a fight to become medicated. One thing I’ve not been able to find much on is how quickly TSH levels can change. Could those with a bit more experience advise how quickly levels change naturally (as in unmediated) please?

Not really sure what you're asking, here. Do you mean how quickly do they rise when you're going hypo? Quite slowly, actually. It doesn't happen over-night. But, I should imagine, it's different for everyone. I don't think there's a standard rate.
You need to be aware that TSH changes throughout the day, and is highest first thing in the morning. That's why you will see people on this forum recommending that people who want to be medicated, or be prescribed a higher dose, have their blood tests done first thing in the morning, before having breakfast (because TSH also falls after eating or having caffeine).
There is some anecdotal evidence that TSH might also rise after heavy exercise - it is common for people with hypothyroidism to 'crash' the after an active day, particularly if they are undermedicated.
Thank you both. I had a tsh of 5.2 2 1/2 months ago and I am now waiting on the results of a repeat test, so I suppose I’m wondering what I should expect this time. Both were done first thing in the morning so they should be relatively unaffected by the time of day.
