Luv2017,
What is BFP?
Are you new bee here ??? If so welcome and you will get used to these terms ..
You will find most of the abbreviations and acronyms used on and relevant to this forum (i.e. Thyroid UK) in my document:

I have been adding to that document for several years now.
Yes! I’m now 6 weeks today! Make sure your levels are below 2.5. Take a your dose before your pregnancy vitamins and good luck. How long have you been trying?
Mine was 5.9 and it was diagnosed last month in India and I was having a tablet but all of sudden I have got severe leg pain after taking for tablets for 2 weeks so doctor from GP asked and did my blood test today . Waiting for results. I have been trying for 4 months but it looks like 4 years I just can’t take the stress . I was ok until I diagnosed with thyroid but after that it makes me to think so bad and hopeless . Thanks for your message .
Luv2017,
We've had several members have babies once their thyroid levels are optimal.
The BTA recommend the TSH of women planning conception should be in the low-normal range 0.4 - 2.5. Levothyroxine dose is usually increased by 25-50mcg when pregnancy is confirmed to ensure good foetal development.

NICE recommend hypothyroid women planning conception should be referred to endocrinology for management.

Thanks , ok am waiting for my blood result so I can take proper dosage . The one I got from India was 12.5 mcg so am waiting for the result . Thanks
Is this 12.5mcg of Levothyroxine (also called T4, Synthroid, and lots of other names). If so this is an incredibly low dose, and you may just feel worse until you get a proper increase.
It’s called thyroxine 12.5 mcg from India. That’s what they gave to start with and asked to do blood test after 6 weeks but then after started having my tablets for 2 weeks , I got Severe head pain so stopped taking as per doctor advice . Gave a blood test yesterday and waiting for result.
Generally if you require thyroid replacement, it will be for life. A TSH of 5.9 is fairly conclusive, although there's a tiny chance it's a false positive and may go back to normal.
If this is the medicine it sounds like, 12.5 is an incredibly small dose, the smallest I've ever heard of. Ideally you want to start on 4x that, about 50mcg. If you have a heart condition or are quite frail you might need to start on 25mcg.
It's possible that you felt ill because the dose was so low. Sometimes a low dose can just disrupt what you're body is already doing, but not give you enough replacement to make up for it.
