Does anyone think Adrenavive has produced insomnia ?

Hi JollyPolly, I haven’t seen your previous post but it depends on how much, which Adrenavive and when you take it?

Well, been on 3 caps daily..2 just before breakfast and one about 11 or 12...

Just been one week without any Adrenavive...experiment to see if it is that causing bad itching on neck and or insomnia...hasn’t made much difference without and have just started them up again...starting with one today, as I can’t bear to be without them any longer,as they definitely kept anxiety and general disauiet at bay.

Well I had been on 3 Adrenavive 11 when it was suggested I stop all the Adrenavive for a week to see if sleep improved and the pretty bad itching neck stopped. Welll..I quickly realised I needed to get straight back on the Adrenavive 11 so started back on it..I’m now on 2.5 Adrenavive 11 ...and intend to get up to the three caps by next week...I clearly need it..it has been stabilising my temps...enabling to increase the NDT...

Anyway..being off it for a week didn’t improve sleep at all...my sleep is particularly bad still...only dozing when I do sleep....and that is very little. But heart rate/ pulse very normal...not the slightest bit hyper..as in the past..so I don’t k is what to do.

A few weeks ago I bought more Adrenavive stocks...I have yet to open the Adrenavive 111 which I intend to take at 8 am to replace the one Adrenavive 11... and then I’ll comtinue to take the Adrenavive 11 at about 12 noon .
