See Coeliac UK website to learn about gluten and how to avoid it

Do you know if you have Hashimoto's (high thyroid antibodies)?

If you do then Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms.

I haven't lost weight, but I have lost masses of mucin/swelling. Arms have lost 6cm circumference! Hoping legs will do same or better!

Hi there a gluten free diet will not aid you in loosing weight it will help if you have antibodies like hashis like slowdragon says, i have hashis and are also cealiac so i cant eat gluten but i only lost weight when i was eating gluten as my body was just rejecting the gluten and plus being hyper.good luck.
