Anyone else suffer from this? Sudden confusion which can be quite scary. Like a sudden feeling like you don't understand where you are? Then subsequent anxiety?

On day 3 of paleo with bone broth doubt that's causing it but it's the only change.

I did have this before as well. 😩

Hi

Just wanted you to know that I too have experienced this and it was frightening. I was driving, virtually around the corner from my road, and I totally couldn't figure out where I was. Only lasted a few seconds, but it was worrying enough.

I could only put it down to being under-medicated or sleep deprived which I definitely was at the time.

Hope that offers some reassurance.

Thankyou ! Yes it's very scary isn't it. It's happened to me about three times now. I wasn't sleep deprived so I must need more meds.... x

Perhaps also check your Vit D and B12 levels

They've been checked recently. Working on the B12, the d wasn't tooooo bad

Hopefully once your levels are raised, things will settle down for you.

Maybe posting your levels may flag up something to the really knowledgeable people on here?
