Ask for a print-out of all your results & post them on here for members to help you confirm that your levels are in the range needed for people with an underactive thyroid on replacement medication.Doctors often say levels are fine,or good,or OK when in reality, they are not adequate for optimal health with this condition.

Obviously you may be undermedicated and so this needs to be looked at first, but if you feel healthy and are generally doing well, but putting on this weight then this may be a simple solution.
The book is a great and simple read. Really worth a look.
