Thyroid problem

I was diagnosed with an over active thyroid in Jan 2015, I’ve been on different medicated and for the last 8 months I’ve been on a stable dose of propylthiouracil. Recently I’ve been having mood swings, serious irritability, sweating, itchy skin and hot and cold flushes. Is this my thyroid again? Is my dose not working? Should I see my GP or ring my consultant? It could be non thyroid related so do I try my GP first?

Thanks in advance

I would try your GP first and see what they say if you don’t get a satisfactory response then I would speak to your endo consultant Lisa
