Lung Sarcoidosis: Does anybody on this site who is Hashimotos also suffer from this condition?

If there is anybody out there with this condition who is also hashimoto's, and has other autoimmune conditions would you be able to give any advice please.

I am due to see a respiratory specialist in November that I have been waiting months to see as my GP thinks I could possibly have this condition. At the moment I am feeling particularly ill and would like to hear from anybody who might have some advice or direct experience to offer on this topic.
