Today I've finally had my bloods done for Hashimotos Thyroditis.. My Goitre changes in size daily, is this normal??

I can go from feeling ok to feeling cold, having a raging headache with a more visible swollen thyroid..

My right lobe is bigger, and more pronounced.. I have either a lymph node in the centre right side above the 'two lines' this wasn't present on my last ultrasound a couple of years ago.. why would my Goitre have totally disappeared then returned a few years later but now with more debilitating symptoms??

Any help would be great

Thanks x

I had a slight goitre that went once I was medicated. Do your bloods alter at all?
