Heart stabbing pain

Can hypothyroidism cause heart stabbing pain? I've been experiencing this since yesterday. I am going on a heart echo tomorrow, and still other investigations to do. Not on any treatment except propranolol when I need it.

I'm sorry you've had no replies. Hypothyroidism can cause slow or fast heart rate but I'm not aware it causes stabbing pain in the heart. I hope the heart echo and other investigations sort out the problem.

Thank you for your response, I've just come back from my echo. All looks fine. I feel a bit relieved now. At least it's not my heart.
