Which country do you live in? Why I am asking is that in other countries we'd be diagnosed once our TSH was 3+ but in the UK, for some unfathomable reason the doctors believe and have been directed to only diagnose someone when their TSH is 10.
If you can post your results, with the ranges, as I am assuming you've had more than the TSH tested. This will help members to advise you.
Your symptoms are hypothyroid. Tick off the ones in the following link and see your doctor to prescribe levothyroxine, 50mcg to start. Also show him Link No.2.

Don't be too scared as all of these symptoms are very upsetting when we don't know what causes them. It is because we don't have sufficient thyroid hormones.
