Should you take t4/t3 together at the same time of the day or are they better split up?

Personally I take Levo at bedtime. (Found this much more effective than morning)

Split dose T3 - 10mcg at 6am, 5mcg at noon and 6pm

I am sure you will get lots of different answers

You can take Levo and T3 at the same time, no problem. Some people split their T3 into two or even three doses. I take all my T3 in one dose usually just before I get up in the morning. Levo I try to take during the early hours of the morning when I visit the loo.

Many people divide T3 dose into 2 or 3 and take the first dose of T3 with Levothyroxine.

Some even split their Levothyroxine 2x AM and PM and take their T3 split 2x first dose with Levothyroxine between 4-6 AM and take the last dose just before sleep . There are so many ways of dosing with thyroid meds . It's endless . It's what works best for us . As long as one keeps vigilant to take it a few hours apart from our vitamins .
