Taking tablet

I'm taking my Levo first thing in the morning. I struggle to leave an hour before food and other supplements. I think it would be easier at night. Is it easy to swap and does it keep you awake?

Hi - it is very easy to swap, just skip your breakfast dose and take it that night instead. Just make sure it is at least 2 hrs after a meal, ideally 3 especially if the meal contained protein. Same rules about splitting out from other supplements/medicines etc still apply. Taking levo at this time won't affect your sleep as it is an inactive form that has no real effect until converted in the body. If you find that you are a rare person who it does effect, then you can simply change back to morning dosing.
