Mine has just arrived in the post but haven't started yet. I have read everything that I can find but the Facebook forums are the best. So like almost everything else mentioned on here do your own research and possibly a trial.

I take it for other reasons and I did not have my antibodies checked but I had to cut one third of my thyroid replacement because my levels were suddenly too high! So make sure you have FT3 and FT4 checked a month into LDN (it might take more time but for me it was pretty fast).
