It's iodine and you really shouldn't supplement with iodine unless tested and found to be deficient, and only then under the supervision of an experienced practioner.

And as you have Hashi's then iodine is really not a good idea, I believe it can make things worse.

I've been advised to take it from my thyroid doc. He wants me to take lugols but it is very expensive. This is better priced. Also been reading and taking Iodine isn't as bad as what we are led to believe.

I have read that it can be helpful if hyper and taken with sufficient selenium but not if hypo.

Have you been tested for low iodine ? There is iodine in the T4 😊
