Lordy40 Well, yes they are within normal range but how do you feel? FT3 is a bit low, your T4 to T3 conversion could be better.
I feel quite tired still most of the time and find it hard to get up in mornings which I never did and I've put on half a stone with no dietary changes, and get hot flushes which I put down to getting older (42) waiting to have an op for removal of fibroids as heavy periods, though having said that the last two months since upping my dose by 25mcg every other day that has settled down.
Lordy - have you had vitamins and minerals tested - Vit D, B12, Folate and Ferritin. All need to be optimal for thyroid hormone to work properly and good conversion to take place.
Also, supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine , usual amount is 200mcg daily, can help with conversion.
Ferritin needs to be at least 70 for conversion to take place.
If all vitamins and minerals are optimal then maybe look at adding some T3.
Optimal levels -
Vit D - 100-150nmol/L
B12 - at least 500, better at the top of the range
Folate - at least half way through it's range
Ferritin - half way through it's range

Also PCOS can also be a hypo symptom.

Your FT3 could be higher.
