FT3 slightly over the top of the range, FT4 zero. I'm on T3 only and have hormone resistance.

I feel well when FT3 is between 4.5 and 6.8. FT4 is lower than mid range, usually around 14-15, as I'm taking T4+T3.
If you are on Levo the aim is to get both FT4 and FT3 in the top third or even top quarter of their respective ranges
If you are taking T3 in any form then TSH suppressed, FT4 can fall to halfway but FT3 should be high in the range.
