Angelique. It does everything it's supposed to, & no side effects that I'm aware of yet.

I'm sure they may be if generic HRT is prescribed. However, I'm happy with my current pill brand being the safest available, aside from bio-identical hormones. I doubt I'd get my GP to prescribe that.

I get bioidentical HRT prescribed by my GP.

Hi Clutter,

thanks for posting this vlog. I am post-menapausal and the last 4 years have seen a significant change in my metabolism, energy etc etc. Thyroid issues are always what is talked about with my GP but I think now is the time to change that
