Hi this is journey, just joined. I was just informed through some test that

I am gluten/ sensitive. So I have started eating gluten free and I am having I guess withdrawal symptoms. Is this normal and has anyone else gone through this?

I did suffer with withdrawal symptoms when I first went gluten free, it will pass and you will feel better..stick with it :-)

Thanks, What kind of symptoms? I having joint pain more and anxiety kid up. I have bee gluten free for about 5 days. So I will feel better?

I felt a bit depressed, anxious, bloated, tired etc.. Much like an IBS flare up. It did pass and I suffer much less with tummy problems now and also my antibodies have reduced. Joint pain could be down to something else, either under medicated with regards to your thyroid meds or a vitamin/mineral deficiency (low ferritin and Vitamin D can cause joint pain).

Thanks. Yes those were a few of the symptoms. So I can look forward to feeling better soon.
