Jo - I may be able to help. Walking is a great fat burn exercise as long as you do it pre breakfast on an empty stomach and you only want to feel warm not too sweaty when you get back. 30 minutes fasted steady state cardio is great and not high intensity so it will definitely help you. Also start resistance training - low weights/bands and start off with low reps until you can manage reps of 15 +
Stay away from high intensity interval training/heavy weights for now. Walking, cycling, cross trainer all at a steady state are really good for fat burning. No need to go overboard less is more and Nutrition is 80% Exercise is only 20% unless you are looking to compete at a high level 😃
