Time of test, when taking thyroid meds at night?

I take Levo and T3, and I'm due to have my next thyroid tests this week, before my next Endo appointment.

I know the usual guidelines for blood tests - fasting, 24 hours after Levo, and 12 hours after T3. I think that's right?

I take my meds at night. So what's the best timing for my meds? Should I bring them gradually back to taking them in the morning? I don't really want to do that...

I take my T3 and t4 at bedtime. I take them straight after the blood test in the morning. Then again at night. Hope that helps.

I do the same with Levo, just delay bedtime dose until immediately after test.

T3 I normally take 6am and 2pm. So just delaying 6am dose until after test

Thanks, I took my night time dose after fasting blood test at 9am today. Felt a bit wobbly though, with no food since 10pm, and a long gap between T3 doses. I have reactive hypoglycemia too, so timings with food have a big impact ion me. But the main thing today is that my &4 & T3 results are right.
