Can someone offer me some advice please. I have included my latest blood test result but cannot make sense of them all I know is the tsh is to low. I have just found out I tested positive for antibodies previously as well . Doctor will not move on my tablets as she has no idea what to do or why I am suffering so badly with lack of energy, cramps fuzzy head and dizziness (just a few), so she's referring me to endo. I am on 75mcg of Levo and have been for over 6 weeks. But energy level just drop out for most of the week. I do have a few days a week where I feel okay. Pretty new to this so I'm confused as well and don't know what is going on.

Your TSH is not too low. It is irrelevant. It can go as low as it likes. It's when it goes high that it matters. So, forget that.
Your FT4 and FT3 aren't too bad, but there's room for an increase if you don't feel well, yet. The good news is that your conversion seems good.
It would be a good idea to get your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested, because if they aren't optimal, your body won't be able to use the hormone you're giving it. And if they're low, they will be causing symptoms.
The doctor put my dose up by 25 to 100 and now I feel awful, really having issues with lack of energy, I tend to feel better as the day goes on but the mornings I can hardly move. I'm not sure if it the medication or the heat, to top it all I seem to have come out of remission and I am having a minor issues with my ms that I have had no problems with for 25 years. Personally I think I should see how things are in 4 weeks but part of me things I should stop taking that extra 25 although it will leave me feeling the same.
