22nd may results were 1.78 10*/L (1.0-3.0)

Mandy72,

Lymphocytes are white blood cells which fight infection. Low lymphocytes can be due to infection or virus.

is it anything to worry about

i did have an infected tooth removed the day before i had the blood test

It's nothing to worry about. A tooth infection would explain it and they're barely below range.
